ADA stands for the Americans with Disabilities Act, American Diabetes Association, American Dietic Association, Americans for Democratic Association and so on. Wow, for three letters, there are quite a lot of different meanings. Remembering all of the acronyms migh be challenging, but don't let the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) become confusing. In a nutshell, the ADA is a wide-ranging civil rights law that protects from discrimination against persons with disabilities and gives equal access to, well, life. Let's break it down even further:

THE ILRC OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA received the "Program of the Year" award for the High School/ High Tech services it provides to students with disabilities throughout several counties including a total of 86 students in Clay and St Johns counties.
